Managing Multiple Accounts in Dhan: A Feature Request

I currently don’t have another unique mobile number, but I want to open two HUF accounts. Are there any alternative options available for this,

unofficial solution, its temporary tricks, need official solution like atleast 5 switch account

I use already clone and also work profile, its running until no update,
once update need to clear storage and cache then re login clone app account.

Not an app based solution but if you use Firefox on Desktop/Laptop, you can use multi-account container. I control 7 accounts in parallel with this add-on

This is not true; there is no regulatory guidelines for this, You can have specified individuals having the same phone number. Specifically, in case of corporations or HUF the karta/director number will be the same. This feature has been asked by many you can wish not to provide but please don’t say its regulation issue when it is not

You need 4 mobile numbers to open 4 accounts , problem is getting and managing the 4 mobile numbers

A retail investor can use his number or email ID to operate his family members’ demat accounts under certain conditions. Family for this purpose would mean self, spouse, dependent children and dependent parents. SEBI said that this is possible only under certain circumstances and on the client’s written request. This rule will come into force with immediate effect.

According to a SEBI circular on December 3, 2024, ā€œMaster circular states the following regarding uploading of mobile number and e-mail by stock brokers: Stock Brokers shall ensure that separate mobile number/email address is uploaded for each client. However, under exceptional circumstances, the stock broker may, at the specific written request of a client, upload the same mobile number / email address for more than one client provided such clients belong to one family. Family for this purpose would mean self, spouse, dependent children and dependent parents.ā€

Hi @PravinJ please introduce this feature urgently. I’m constantly jumping between Zerodha, Groww, and Dhan & when stock crash i’m unable to track stock in family accounts.

Any update on this?

Now minimum recharge has reached to average 250Rs per month.

Dhan must implement PAN / UCC / Customer ID based login. Because it is proving too expensive for customers to maintain multiple mobiles.

Especially now that is allowed by SEBI.

Why don’t you use OTP based on Email for login.
No need to recharge on monthly basis.

Also you can switch to BSNL ( if available :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:) . There base prize is 107 for 28 days.
