Can you please share the time stamp when you got the results and the endpoint that you are using to fetch the data.
Prima facie, it looks like incorrect symbol has been subscribed here, as all the fields are incorrect, which is highly unlikely.
Also, the data is not being converted from binary in right format, so do look into that as well.

Yes, 20 depth is only available on Trading View charts as of now.
