MF Collateral Pledge Fund Suggestions

Hello! I was researching about MF schemes given that Dhan plans to launch MF pledge soon. I have collated a list of funds (as a suggestion) that could be included for margin pledge for trading in both MTF and Futures.

  1. Quant Smallcap Fund
  2. Quant Flexicap Fund
  3. Quant Value Fund
  4. Quant Momentum Fund
  5. Quant Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund
  6. Nippon India Growth Fund
  7. Nippon Multicap Fund
  8. ICICI Pru Value Discovery Fund
  9. HDFC Balanced Advantage Fund
  10. PPFAS Flexicap Fund

Iā€™d appreciate if these funds could be kept in mind when rebuilding the MF pledge stack so that I can pledge them and trade in both MTF and Futures segment.

Hey @thisisbanerjee ,

Thanks for sharing this. Provided we are able to build MF in the demat format , we will ensure all schemes that are eligible for pledging by exchanges will be available to pledge on our platforms.

You will be able to build it. You guys are superstars. Please do ensure that the same margins work on MTF too, just like stock pledging.

Will ELSS mutual funds also be party of it ( after the lock in period of 3 years ) ?

Hi @Pranita How much progress in terms of % would you say the development is done of MF pledge internally? Just to get an idea.
