Yesterday observed serious issue while MF redemption in Demat mode. I placed redemption request for All units. But few of them are pledged which I came to know today morning when confirmation email received. So redemption completed for free units only. And there is no margin block also.
This is not the case for stocks. We can sell stocks even if they are pledged, then why not MF??
@PravinJ @Pranita @Dhan check and do needful modifications so pledge units also get redem if there is no margin block.
