Once the transfer is done and shares are reflected in dhan after the transfer then can price be updated same day or do v need to wait?

And what if by mistake wrong price is updated, can it be edited

You can update the price on the same day. Unfortunately, editing is not allowed, that is why we recommend and nudge users to update it correctly during the first attempt itself.

For nominee addition, it is completely online and free for the first time. However, if you wish to modify it, then the process is offline. The steps for the same will be visible on the app or web.

After you have set the price, it is usually updated by the next trading day. Do highlight it to us if you face any issues.

@Anirudha @ravimukherjee I tried to make sure that Registration happens in EASIEST, but still Somehow I registered on EASI.

Now I have requested for Upgrade to EASIEST. How will the client come to know that Upgradation is complete or not? As the account was registered for ZERODHA, Will Zerodha need to approve this Upgrade request?

@LovishGupta Yes, in this case for BO Upgradation to Easiest Account, the request authentication will be done by Zeordha since that is your source DP. Kindly reach out to Zeordha Customer Support and seek for BO Easiest Upgradation request authentication and they shall handhold you with the process further.

@ravimukherjee @Anirudha I scheduled the Txn for 31July. I didnot see the shared in DHAN. When I checked CDSL portal, it shows easiest status as TXN REJECT DP.

Is it something I need to check with Zerodha?

Hi @LovishGupta sharing more context here - A DP can only perform a rejection in the case of a debit. Since the shares in question are coming in as a credit to us, we have not rejected this transaction.
If you were transferring your shares from Zerodha, it appears that the rejection occurred on their end. Please contact Zerodha’s Customer Service or Operations team for further clarification.

Could you specify the BOID basis on which you have initiated your CDSL Easiest Registration? To provide more insight here - whenever you initiate CDSL Easiest Registration, the source DP(in your case as you mentioned Zerodha / Upstox), will receive an authentication request. At times when this authentication request is pending at source DP, login credentials are delayed by CDSL.

You could check with Zerodha / Upstox, if your CDSL Easiest registration request has been authenticated over at their end.
