Hello,

Can you tell me how much time it will take for the beneficiary BO id that was added? Because i added the BO ID of the seller, but it never appeared in the bulk setup window. so just wanted to understand what is the timeline for that to appear?

Hi @sbkhbk welcome to MadeForTrade!

Once you add the Demat account number of the buyer broker in the trusted account section, it may take around 1โ€“2 working days for the account to get authenticated. After successful authentication, the counter BO ID will start reflecting in the bulk setup window.

Additionally, to assist you further over the call, please share your contact number via DM.

Wish I had known about this process earlier. I had holdings in Bajaj Finance, SBI, CDSL, TCS, etc., which I ended up selling.

When I had enquired with my previous broker about transferring the holdings, they explained that it involved a long and tedious process. Because of that, I decided it would be easier to sell the holdings instead.

Looking back, I would have preferred to transfer them if I had known the process was manageable. Anyway, lesson learnt. Wish I had known this sooner.
