i need calculator for the MTF . where i can see the total interest i’m paying with x amount of days and stock at designated price . right now its just showing the margin and daily interest percentage . highly needed a full fledged calculator for better money management decisions

We currently have a Funding Estimator that you can view on the MTF buy screen before placing any trade. However, we do understand the limitation you are facing in terms of interest calculation. Noted your feedback and will evaluate how we can best implement it.

Any update on this? I would like to see how much I am paying every day or every week for a particular stock I bought or sold using MTF.

Customers would also like to know how much pledging costs for every transaction or every MTF scrip.

MTF pledging similar to regular pledging costs Rs 12.5/ request/ISIN + GST. Hope this helps !

Yes, that’s my confusion. The pricing page says “per transaction”. So if I buy RELIANCE two times on the same day using MTF, will I be charged Rs. 12.5 for that day or Rs. 25 as pledging charges, please clarify.

HI @encore,

In case of normal pledging of your shares, the charges are based on the request/instruction submitted by the client. For MTF pledges, you can make multiple purchases throughout the day; however, pledge charges will be applied per unique scrip/position bought within a day."

Very good calculator. Thanks for creating it.

Please add brokerage charges also because, for example, delivery transactions are normally free, but if you buy/sell in MTF, Dhan charges brokerage.

DP charges for delivery selling should be actuals, not zero.
