Actually when I placed a stop loss order on midcap two sl orders were placed. Both had status pending. I manually cancelled an order now. I tried two times. Both time same effect.

We’ve checked the order logs and found that the order was placed twice. Also, you can see the two different order IDs generated at different times.
Two orders were placed automatically when I placed one SL trigger order. I did this twice to test and both times it placed two orders. It happened around the time I posted. Morning after market start I had placed orders without the issue mentioned.
Tried now again. No issue now.
