My SIP’s which were due on 10th July were missed inspite of having auto-debit mandate activated and having sufficient balance in the bank account. When I reached the customer care, they replied that they see that the SIP’s are cancelled which I didn’t. I can see the SIP’s active in the MF section. Looks like it is totally messed up and no proper response from the team.
Also I have sent the physical docs twice for change of IFSC of my primary bank account and after more than 2 weeks, there is no progress and request is still in the process.
I was told by the team that it would be updated by EOD and now it’s past 2 days since that and the same has not been updated yet.
Also when I mail on an issue, I get reply back process for different issue.
When I raised the issue on AA on linking bank account, the team replied back with process for adding Demat account. Even the CS team has no idea and proper knowledge to provide proper info.
With a good product as Dhan and having incapable customer resolution team doesn’t go well and I hope Dhan fixes this ASAP. And these are small issues, yet taking so much time @PravinJ . Hope to see improvement in this area. Please take this as feedback and not criticism.
Currently we are on the SOA format of mutual funds which does not allow pledging. However, we understand that this is a widely requested feature and are working towards enabling it for our users. Request you patience & support until then.
Nope, issue is not resolved yet till date and even new issues came God knows when you people are going to resolve these @Poornima
New issue is with Bharat Bond FOF redemption. On clicking redeem option, just a blank white screen is being displayed instead of taking me to the redemption page.
