I make payout request yesterday afternoon before market closed but still it was showing that your withdrawal in progress why it was taking too long time

Welcome to Dhan Community. Yesterday was settlement holiday. Rest assured, this will be processed today. We have mentioned about this here:
Sir, I placed withdrawal request yesterday around 10 p.m. Amount was deducted from my funds available for trading, but still I have not received my amount. This is my frst withdrawal request. I think you must be receiving many request, please make it fast.
Hi @Ram23 @RitikNJain As mentioned by Jay, there was a settlement holiday on 15 Aug (Independence Day) and 16 Aug (Parsi New Year).
Banks were closed and hence these transactions are not settled. All pending withdrawals will be processed today. This is not just with Dhan, across all Stock Trading platforms.
Thanks Dhan team, I received my money in my account. I don’t know why the problem is still not soved. I think in Indian Stock Market history this is first time a stock broker trading platform failed and remain in the same condition for more than 2 days. No explanation is given by the brokers, which is painful. I am eagerly waiting and pray God to solve this problem as soon as possible.
