Need help with the trades data

How can i view the current day charges and brokerage accumulated so far for the day…
the current PNL shown in the positions… but cant find the other two… I can find them in trader’s diary for previous dates…

I would like to see them as I trade…? any options… ?

I tried calculating them with the data of get all trades API… but the charges are not matching with dhan’s

can someone guide me here … at least the method of calculation to get the dhan exact numbers… in trade diary…

The problem is in the api response I’m getting 12 responses… when I placed a total of 8 orders… I can find 8 unique order id in that 12 responses…
example I can see a order of 3 lots 225 qty is split into two 150qty one and 75 another one
how does one calculate charges in this situation…?

Can anyone help here

Hi @Yogan Well you can see the same in Trader’s Diary or in the Contract notes that are sent to you.

If you don’t have any open positions, you can see margin utilised in funds page, i have observed it is almost similar to final charges you get on contract note

Hi @PravinJ Hope you are doing well…,
Yes indeed I can see them there.! the problem… is I can see them only the next day… I want to see them as I trade… as I scalp I want to see the charges and brokerage accumulated. in realtime along with the PnL currently shown in positions… How can I achieve this…?

I tried to calculate the trades API… to get today’s trades… but Its a bit confusing… there are multiple fills compared to real orders… when I placed 3 lot order. I see them split into two…

example the other day I placed 8 orders … In the response I see 12… I can see that are only unique… order ids… so calculating brokerage from that is easy… but charges…? how can I approach that

Yes thats what I’m looking at now… Its around 100-200 off. for 1200 total charges… we can manage with that… I was wondering it would be swell to see accurate data…

Try this: Margin utilised+ 50% of brokerage

Hi @Yogan For now, you will have to wait for a day. We are working on an alternative way to share this, bit early - but we will keep you posted.

Present alternatives for you will be: Order Estimator that is available in the Order Page and/or Dhan Brokerage Calculator - Brokerage Calculator - Calculate Delivery / Intraday Brokerage Charges | Dhan

However as I understand from your use-case, this will be of limited usage for now.
