Suddenly, My fund balance is showing negative 42 lakh plus today morning. Till yesterday night its just normal. I only have buy options currently till today expiry. Now its showing as Span Margin 42 lakh. I am not getting this and customer support on a call is failing. Is this a problem. The square off option with my orders is not happening due to this. Can anyone please help me with this?

On Expiry day, delivery margin will blocked for all long stock option positions ( ITM, ATM, OTM) and will be calculated as per Exchange defined norms of VAR+ELM % of underline stock or 20% whichever is higher. We have mentioned about the margin in our Risk policy.
