So, if I want colour watchlist, I need to choose dhan web. If I want straddle option chain, I need to check option web. If I want scalper mode, I need to check tv.dhan. I need to open 10 tabs of dhan if I need to access 10 features I like sir. It’s just an insane.

I am not asking to bring every feature in every platform. I agree that each product will have its own purpose. Atleast you should bring your flagship features like colour watchlist & salient features like straddle chain across all your platforms.

If you don’t introduce a feature in that particular platform, how you analyse it’s usage and use case?

Anyways @Dhan team hardly listens to users nowadays. You will do as per your pre-fixed plan. So no point in sharing the feedback and pointing out the issues. This is the reason I am closing my account with dhan this week.

We have all feedbacks, now even more than ever and we do go through each one of them. It takes time for us to prioritise, understand and ship them to our users in most meaningful way. We take in lot of factors into consideration - including the data and usage patterns, before we ship or drop a feature.

Yes, some users may get disappointed in the process as we may not be able to ship what they requested immediately. Stock trading products are complex ones, it takes time to get them right.

Over time, we have interacted with more than 25,000+ investors and traders in person, and have tons of requests, feedbacks and suggestions - few hundred come to us everyday. We care a lot about shipping things that users would love, 9 out of 10 features we do come from user interactions.

The irony is that your team considers issues and fundamental mistakes as the feedbacks and live in that illusion.

Hey @Dhanush4777, I did actually, and it’s cool. I am very much tempted to open an account in Sahi for trading because Dhan hasn’t even responded when I requested a separate margin facility in the same trading account.

Yes, @hachiko Investing & Trading is going to change a lot with AI.. we see many things getting transformed., 5 years is way to far.. just in the next 1-2 years things should be very different.
