Free Up Historical Data Across Exchanges
I’ve conveyed that building personal algo setups/platforms should not be restricted. The more we use your platform, the better it becomes, and the fewer bugs and the greater its adaptability will be.
I found the following open-source resources and broker-offered sources:
- https://unofficed.com/courses/mastering-algotrading-beginners-guide-nsepython/lessons/how-to-download-historical-data-from-nse-using-python/
- Release Note: Free Historical Data Access for Indices, NSE, NFO, BSE, BFO, MCX, and CDS with SmartAPI! | SmartAPI Forum
- Power Your Trading and Financial Applications with Upstox Robust API Suite!
- GitHub - hi-imcodeman/stock-nse-india: API for National Stock Exchange of India (NSE)
However, instead of building a makeshift data source, I believe it should come directly from the broker itself for more seamless integration. @PravinJ ji, please take this into consideration.
