I am unable to access ScanX by Dhan. I am always getting “Connection is not Private” in both laptop and on mobile on wifi but somehow able to access on mobile data. When I proceed with the wifi then it shows 404 error. Any help?

Check if anyone in the house has set up an external DNS resolver service on the modem/router.
One of my friends faced a similar issue: he could not visit certain sites while on the home wifi. We discussed this, and he later found out that his son had set up a DNS resolver on the router to control his parents browsing habits. The DNS resolver was trying to redirect him to an information page stating that the website was blocked, but that page itself needed a valid certificate to display and showed the same error.
The internet is provided by Jio AirFibre and this is the 1st time I’m facing this issue. Only I use the internet. I haven’t set up anything except turning on and off the router. Any help regarding this?
