Why is Dhan not allowing me to buy stocks under the ESM list? While other brokers are allowed to buy the same stock?
To be honest I lost a good opportunity.

This stock is currently under ESM Stage 1 due to volatility and other risk factors, as determined by the exchange so the trading is restricted at the user level. However, you can place the order for such scrips via our call & trade desk at 022-48930450 and same is mentioned in our Risk policy.

So, for every such order, do I need to make a call? or is it just a one-time? meaning after this call, can I order and buy myself for the rest of the orders?
Yes, for every order in such scrips can only be placed via Call & Trade desk.
