Not getting Historical data for Future Contracts on DAY Timeframe

I am not able to get Historical price for Future Contract (BANK Nifty JAN 25) via Tradehull API.

Exception in Getting OHLC data as For Future or Commodity, DAY - Timeframe not supported by API, SO choose another timeframe

Please help on fixing this error.
