@PravinJ @Anirudha , while switching to second account, itâs unable to login via Biometric, always asks for OTP, why?? All account must be able to login via Biometric.
Good to see 2 more people reporting the problem. I thought I was the only one.
@Anirudha @PravinJ switching is tedious process as everytime it is asking for OTP instead of Fingerprint login. Better way is you allow clone app or dual app feature for login. Hope you do it soon.
Hi @Cool2050 We have to adhere to the 2FA authentication for login during the process.
Upcoming guidelines, we hear may have guidelines against cloning⌠or dual app.
Even if there are guidelines on cloning, no developer or regulator can do anything to prevent it, if run in a sandbox environment.
Device binding is one option that is currently used in the banking apps, but even that can be easily bypassed with just an option during cloning.
PCI DSS systems are THE MOST advanced protocols out there, but even they donât stand a chance against âjugaadâ.
Ask SEBI to not focus on these and instead live and let others live.
