In ipo section shareholder category missing how can i apply shareholder quote for this ipo all broker providing different layout for this.

You will be able to apply in Shareholder category via Dhan as well.
Simply visit the IPO section and click on NTPC Green Energy. On the order screen, while placing your bid, you can select the category. This option is available on both the App and Web.
