Hello,
I am a Dhan customer and i have enjoyed using Dhan over the past year.
While i want to use Dhan and make it my primary broker, i do not see the option for online offboarding.
In Zerodha, i can move securities online and be done with them. With Dhan, that is not possible as per documentation, and physical paperwork being sent to Mumbai is the only option.
Hence i don’t get the confidence on a broker that has made exit restrictive.
May i request a seamless online offboarding.
