Why Dhan is imposing circuit limits in options Limit price. Seems like user not able to put desired limit order due to this issue

I sold the put when i was setting up limit buy order at 35 it did allowed me to set it up at 35. i have to put limit price at 37 than only i was allowed to place limit order.
