For the last 30 days, I am facing delay and lag in Options trading screen when I click on close position or click on Strategy builder to create new position. It gets hung and pops a message page is not responding. After a delay of 5 to 10 secs, it will work. Sometimes delay is even more. Customer support asked me to do hard refresh but when it did not work, they suggested I shift to Chrome or Mozilla from current Edge. But even Chrome is having the same issue. I connect my laptop to an external display and have Dhan on that screen. I split the screen with Option trading Positions window and dhan tradingview screen for chart. When I click, the position appears instantly on tv.dhan but positions screen does not show immediately. I use Zerodha and Dhan parallelly and not facing such issues on Zerodha. Hence I am presuming issue could be on Dhan side. Pl check this and if there is anything to be done on my laptop for better performance, pl suggest that too. I have screen shots but this app is not allowing me to post the screen shots.
