looks like an internet issue, Check your internet connection. reload the tab, close, and reopen. If you’ve already done then wait for official support to respond here.

This order rejection occurs when "Kill Switch’ feature is activated. You can disabled it from the Profile > Trader’s control > Kill switch. Read more here.
