Order placed but not visible on the chart

Order is placed but lines not visible on the chart. This happens only for this scrip “SOTL”. For others I can see lines

For this scrip it looks fine.
But I am sure this issue will pop up in the future for other scrips.
Looks like there is some basic architecture level flaw in the program.
Somebody is doing something manually which should be scheduled in auto mode.
