Today, unintentionally i fired an option buy order on Nifty from my Dhan Mobile App’s Scalper Screen, Since the order was accidental, i’ve tried to manage the position by tyring to apply a TSL on from TV.Dhan web (Desktop) screen,
Twice i have tried to put TSL but RMS kept rejecting my orders.
Later, I have managed to exit the positions and after that figured out that my entry order from Dhan APP was created in “Normal” Type, Whene in My Default Preferred order type in TV.Dhan’s User Setting is “Intraday”…
Due to this order type mismatch only i guess, my TSL order was kept getting rejected by RMS since Entry (Buy) order was in Normal Type and TSL (Sell) type was in Intraday.
My Query is… why my order preference is not extended to Dhan APP’s Scalper and How do i change it for my Dhan APP.
