The “Order Window - Please Check Your Internet” red warning message comes right over the order button. It also sometimes appear and persist even when the prices are ticking (internet is ok). This is making the order placement experience a pain. Please fix ASAP.
I reiterate - Order placement speed and reliability is part of the core trader experience. Anything that obstruct that experience is bad for the client and the broker.
Couldn’t agree more here. There are so many tweaks here and there which if done would hugely improve the overall experience but till now have been neglected in search of newer features by @Dhan.
Thanks @Renvick_Austin. Review done ? Any feedback ? Today also the same issue happened. I guess the issue is quite apparent. In the order window we should be able to place orders. If a message bar pops up over the order placement button it is a problem.
A primal trader task involves placing an order from the order form. So please fix this - either take out that internet warning or put it in some other place.
Also, I think this notification is redundant. When the price quotes stop ticking a trader knows that there is a problem with the connection or the app
