i am not receiving otp in mobile number for opening demat account in dhan mobile app.tried many time but same issue is faced regularly.

Hi Divyesh, regarding the same , my friend tried to open an account. India sim but right now he is on UK . Could it be a restricted by JIO or something Dhan can enable ?

This might be due to a temporary error that occurs when the OTP is not received from the operator’s end at the time of account opening.
As a result, it is entirely dependent on the network end.
We suggest you kindly try with a different operator once

We do have this feature on your Dhan app, tap on our profile picture - you will see Login to Desktop Web.
Tap on the same and scan the QR code on your screen. You are done!

Yes @Divyesh you were correct. It was temporary , he received the OTP. Happy my friend is also on dhan now .
