Kindly check Pivot points indicator not working on commodity option charts. Check Crude oil or Natural gas option charts. If we applied povot points on commodity future charts, then it’s working. But when we applied pivot point on commodity option charts, it’s not showing any lines.
Eventhough we select 15 minutes timeframe. error showing as “Study error - Resolution 1D is not supported for this symbol”
Same checked in my Fyers trading view charts. It’s working fine on fyers trading view charts.
Kindly check why pivot points not working in dhan trading view commodity option charts. Resolve this issue on priority.

As mentioned by Poornima, we do not store MCX options daily timeframe data. Pivot Points require daily timeframe data as the levels are plotted on a daily level (on 5 min or 15 mins or any other time frame charts).
We do have this feedback with us, although assessing use case for the same before starting to store the data.

Please tell us, when this pivot point issue will resolve? Can’t trade commodity options in dhan as pivot point showing error on charts. Now I am using Fyers for commodity option trading as pivot point working well on commodity option charts in Fyers.
I think instead of making new indicators, Dhan must solve the basic indicator issues.
There is no meaning of advance indicators , if basic indicator not worked.
If it is not possible to fix the issue by Dhan experts, then simply accept you people can’t solve basic indicator problems.
It has been observed that Dhan not giving priority to solve basic indicator issues raised by customer.
Many traders raised this issue.
Let us know how many days, months, years Dhan experts required to solve the basic issues.
It’s required to write post in hard language as you people not serious about customer issues.
