Hope this clarifies.

Hi @DhruvikPatel_03

(ISIN) is a unique identifier assigned to a specific security, such as a stock or bond, that is traded on an exchange.

12.5/request/ISIN + GST equals to Rs.14.75/-

Ok done :+1::blush:

Muje ye Jan na tha ki interest Kaya rahega

Hi @DhruvikPatel_03

The shortfall portions of the cash margin funded will attract an interest rate of 0.0438% per day.

Example deke samjao na thoda dip samj me aaye

man lo apke pass 100 ITC Ka Share Hey Usko app pledge karna chahate ho to

100 share karne ke liye 12.5+GST Charges lagega.

Ager apke pass 50000 INR Ka pledge and 10000 Cash total 60000 Balance hey apne kuch position liya hey jiska value 58000 hey ager overnight kuch ho gaya ya margin shortfall hua to jitna extra margin shortfall hua hoga usme 0.0438% per day interest rate lagega

agaer 10000 huya hey to 4.38 inr per day

Mene share pledge Kiya hai to usme muje interest nahi Lage ga Kaya ??

Or share pledge Kiya hai or uspe interest lagta hai to kis tara interest lagta hai fir uspe ??

Hi @DhruvikPatel_03,

Apologies for missing this.

Interest will be applicable on utilised amount only. According to exchange regulations, out of total margin requirements 50% of the margin can be in cash and the remaining 50% can be non-cash components (Portfolio Holdings). The shortfall portions of the cash margin funded will attract an interest rate of 0.0438% per day.

Thanks for the detailed note.
One last query:
Suppose i have 20 lakhs in cash and maybe i take 15 lakhs in pledged shares.
Now i take different positions in fno from time to time and at a point total 30lakhs capital is used. So my question is that dhan will automatically utilise the cash n non cash component in that ratio and my 50:50 requirement will be fullfilled or it will first use my cash and then margin which may then require again cash component or interest will be levied.
Or there will be no interest levied if i keep trading with 20 lakh cash and 15 lakh pledged shares capital regularly with no interest or charges being levied for them. Can you pls clarify.
