Pledging of G-secs

i have purchased a G-sec which was present in the list to get the cash margin benefit

and i waited for the period so that i can come into the holding as it is shown as unavailable for pledging

can you check the issue and please explain it to me so that i buy the bonds which become available for pledging after they come into the holding
