I requested many times to address this issue through different platforms but they don’t listen. In fact, the app feels sluggish and there are hiccups due to too many unnecessary and scattered options. But they are behaving like ignorant. Anyway, let’s see.

Now at 91 unique votes and the Yes has only been increasing, now at 91%. It is clearly evident that people are not satisfied with the UI design, fonts, navigation and the look and feel of it overall.
Some simple design tweaks is likely to increase the satisfaction rates dramatically.

Due to the poll gaining traction, I’ll let some more headroom for everybody else to poll their opinion so I have extended it to 18/03/25. Let it be clear as daylight to the Dhan management as to what people want.
The more the number of unique voters, the more precise the result about what people really want.
I know this is ambitious, but can we have a total of 500 votes? Share this poll link with everyone who actively uses Dhan and encourage them to voice their opinion.
How do we even know it is legit… Some people could have inflated it by using VPNs 
VPNs are blocked from voting. I don’t see any out of India IP address, all are known ISPs and locations. So it’s safe to say no VPNs have been used to vote.

Unless there is a topic that requires immediate attention, they are slow to respond to feedbacks and suggestions.
IMO, they evaluate what could be done and come up with some solutions, and then you can expect a revert. In many cases, the revert was 1+ year.
Don’t expect any immediate response from any of the team Dhan. Only @PravinJ is super active here and most probably you will get a response from him. It is likely that he is even reading this comment as we speak.

As PJ mentioned, our entire team carefully reviews all user suggestions and feedback. Every new feature or product revamp goes through extensive consideration before making a decision.
I understand the perspectives shared in this thread, and I want to assure you that we are taking all feedback into account. While we can’t commit to implementing this specific change at the moment, rest assured that your inputs are being carefully evaluated, and we are making every effort to improve the experience.
We’ve also noticed discussions within the community about revamping Dhan Web, but we are not fully aligned on pursuing that direction. However, we remain committed to enhancing the platform based on user needs and insights.

@RahulDeshpande but sir majority of 90% are want ui improvement then you must respect the majority decision and full fill the demand all wants ui improvement 
NOT A REVAMP. The layout is fine on Dhan web. Things only need some tweaks:
(1) Fonts - too thin. and the values jump instead of being fixated in its own space (screenshot shared earlier)
(2) Buttons - almost invisible. too small and placed obscurely. grayish and no colours.
(3) Navigation - nightmare.
(4) Layout - fine as is.
(5) Look & feel - needs polish.
(6) single arrow chart scrolling on dhan web
(7) all button for portfolio.
@RahulDeshpande @PravinJ Please take this feedback at least. Almost all my family and friends tell me all these regularly, asking me to pass on the feedbacks.
I love Dhan, which is why I go these extra miles to ensure that not only I provide feedbacks but you guys actually understand it. Implementing or not implementing? That’s not my area.
@thisisbanerjee This was much needed. I find web.dhan.co very heavy and somewhat slow and sluggish. I also don’t like its fonts. It needs a sharp, neat and clean font that is easier for eyes. Overall interface should be lighter.
What are your views?
