This happens when you have not added Python program to PATH when installing. You need to either set Python in path and restart or uninstall and then reinstall Python (clicking on checkbox to add it to Path).
Environment variable path issue
how , can u show me full deatils
this file is shown but when i have downloded python then after completing downloded and install, open environment variable path and create new path and save paste python but another scripts folder is not in python downloding so i have not past scripts on environments variable. please help me how can i do this error
Easiest way is reinstall python and tick path variable with admin access.

Reinstall python from scratch. Tick environment variable. Pip comes by default, Tick it as well if given an option
