As discussed on call yesterday, ‘Setup’ under Transactions Tab is still present. Seems to be a glitch with their website. Kindly try logging out and re-logging on the CDSL Easiest Portal once. That should Ideally solve the problem.

@ravimukherjee I just compared the screenshots, Its the EASI and EASIEST issue it seems. But, When the registration was done on EASIEST, How come this happened? Or it was done wrong from my side only?

@LovishGupta to answer to your question, CDSL ensures they provide two distinct registration options on their Login page to avoid such instances from occurring. Screenshot attached for your reference.

However, in case you intend on upgrading your Easi account to an Easiest Account, I found this snippet for you from a CDSL FAQ article. Hope this helps!
For clarity - Considering you’ve created the account for your Zerodha account, your DP in this case for authentication would be Zerodha.

Got you Ravi, Thanks for the info. I have already applied for Upgrade 3-4days back. I think, this Upgrade would require ZERODHA’s approval.
