Hi,

On June 2,2025, I tried converting my MTF shares of Exxaro to delivery since the MTF option gave no leverage anyway(due to the stock entering ASM)

The stock is still shown in the MTF section. I got no feedback as to why the conversion did not go through.

Please help. I want the margin for the shares to be released as soon as I sell them. That will not happen if the shares are still classified as MTF. MTF shares’ margin gets released only the next day. So please convert ASAP.

As discussed on the call, the stock was under the MTF category at the time of purchase but was later removed from the list. Since the MTF benefit was already applied earlier, the stock still appears in the MTF section.

To place a conversion request from MTF to delivery, please ensure that sufficient funds are maintained in your account and the request will be processed accordingly.
