I have not been able to withdraw money since Friday. Though it says available for fast withdrawal for the amount.

As per the regulator guidelines, fast Withdrawals are available on weekdays from 10 am to 5.00 pm only, your withdrawal will be processed today.

Hi Divyesh, facing an issue with putting a new trade. All the trade has been closed on account of ageing debit. Even after that not able to trade, though i have an available margin for trade.

If there is ageing debit against the utilized collateral margin in your account, the margin amount cannot be used for trading today.
If you have sold any position to clear the debit balance the same will be settled on T+1 working day. Moreover, in order to trade today you need to add funds.
