Question about selling delivery stocks and buying-selling on the same day

I had purchase ELECON on 22nd Nov, 11 shares in total. Today, I bought 12 more in “delivery” mode in the morning.

Then the price shoot up afterwards and I decided to see my CNC/delivery holdings to book some profits. I sold the 11 shares I had in “delivery”.

Will it be counted as intraday? Because I see 1 share left in the position tab (12 bought today - 11 sold today). If so, why?

Yes, @encore, this will be considered intra-day.

But why? When I marked it as “delivery” while buying and selling both.

If this is norm, I suggest an alert to notify the user that such trades will be considered as intraday.
