I am facing issues while filing income tax on Quicko. When I import Dhan FNO data on quick it is wrong, everything starting from PNL to turnover are wrong numbers. Also, it is not just on Quicko, the same thing is happening on the CLEAR TAX platform. Quicko and Clear tax both show correct data from my Zerodha account. I don’t know what is happening with Dhan data. Please help.
Yes, I contacted Quicko support. They said they have removed Dhan import option for now. They are working on enabling their own excel template. We can add trades their and import all data.
Also, the data in Dhan reports is not wrong, it is just misplaced between the two sheets(PNL and Tax pnl(AGTS)). So, Quicko and Clear tax are unable to understand it correctly.
It won’t help because you need the buy and sell date as per the transactions. There is a template for Cleartax, try filling that and you will go mad. with 1500+ transaction. You need to manually match the buy and sell transaction adjust the charges. Split the rows if you have sold in multiple tranches.
If you weren’t aware, we have all been royally done this year by Team Dhan. Thanks to their state of the reports, which I have even reported 6 months back (if you check my profile posts), only to find irrelevant arguments such as we build based on usage and data.
They have also once told that backoffice is obsolete and integrated platform is the future. Welcome to the future, I guess.
Problem is that even cleartax not able to process the Dhan FNO data. There is issue with the reports. Even manually we will not be able to process without the summary transactions giving the buy and sell date together.
Quicko - Loaded the data but calculations were all wrong
ClearTax - Clearly gave the message that failed to load data.
For these two - i could successfully upload the kotak, reliance and alice blue data
@PravinJ Please integrate with Cleartax also in a proper manner. This year I had to take up a subscription of MProfit to sort out the taxes of all my family members because DHAN IS NOT WORKING.
Quicko wouldn’t dare disabling a broker like Zerodha without intimation. Please exercise greater and better control.
@PravinJ Your team says DAHN stopped the integration with Quicko. Shouldn’t it be they stopped it?
Rather than providing me the report, they are saying we have noted the suggestion and no action on providing the Capital Gains Report.
What is this going on ? @iamshrimohan
Dear Pankaj,
Greetings from the team at Dhan.
We’ve stopped the integration with quicko for now and LTGS & STGS doesn’t have dates mentioned on the same, we’ve made a note of your suggestions.
