Today i faced this another problem while using API websockets
Disconnected: Invalid Client ID
Received: None

i have subscribed to data API and the subscription is still valid

The access code as of today is still valid for 11 days and 9 hours

while using get commands i am getting an error {‘error_code’: ‘RS-9005’, ‘message’: ‘Invalid Token’}, ‘data’: ‘’}

I went ahead and generated a new access code , now this access code is working
The question is if the earlier access code is still valid for 11 days and 9 hours then why isn’t working ?
What is causing this random authentication error ?
Again and again some new random error occurs from your end.
I would request the team to get into the details and do a proper RCA, i am willing to provide any support that you need.
I am loosing opportunities every now and then because of these random errors from your side, i can never be sure if something will work as intended.
