Regarding rejection of Orders: Paytm Bank users

Dear Sir/Mam,

Greetings for the day…

Here I want to say that I’m using Dhan application and web too. My order was rejected due to RMS : 800xxx0011 : user in square off mode. It is very harassing due to this issue, and I am unable to take any trade during the market in all segments. As per problem, I am sharing screenshot via mail. Please clear it or suggest what to do? Please help.
