II wanted to talk about the “Forever Order” feature, or Good Till Triggered (GTT), in your trading platform’s API, especially in the Python package.
This feature is a big deal for traders like me. It gives us the ability to make trades with more precision and control. The thing is, it was announced a few months ago, but the Python package hasn’t been updated to include it yet.
Could you give us an idea of when the forever order feature will be added to the Python package/API? Knowing this would really help us plan our trading strategies better.

Forever Order or GTT is an algo in itself. It is not an order type which goes in its original form to matching engine in exchange. We have not made this a part of our open API offerings as this can be created by users itself.
Having said that, we have noted your request, and evaluate on the usability.
hi @Naman thanks for your reply, most of the top brokers such as Zerodha, Angel provide GTT as part of their API. In your product announcements as well it has been mentioned that “forever order” will be included in the API, and the respective people reply that it is part of the plan and pipeline, just curious to see it in action and waiting to be included in the API,
