On your request to view Market Depth, OHLC data, and directly access charts from the Forever Order window, we understand the convenience this would bring. Currently, the Forever Order window is designed primarily for placing and managing OCO & long-validity orders. We have kept it focused on this functionality, while detailed market information and charts are available through the stock details and watchlist.
The experience of App & Web platform may differ as both are built for different set of users and screen sizes. Regarding the display of Symbols versus Scrip Names, there are two separate aspects here: the order placement window and the existing Forever Orders list. The preference works in the order placement window, while the display in the Forever Orders list is not yet consistent across App and Web. We acknowledge this gap, and your feedback is already noted.
