Hi Mohseen, Thanks for the link. I do connect with customer support. However, please look into the quality of the knowledge the team possesses and also the responses they provide.
Most of time, the team gives a standard response without understanding the concern being flagged. Example - I got exact clarity from you over call regarding the margin issue flagged. However the response from the customer team was not addressing my problem. They only stated the facts which I was also aware of.
