I have bought 1000 shared of IRFC at Rs 141 yesterday and today morning I sold them at limit price of Rs 148. After verification through EDIS and OTP etc. now it’s showing as open order for 1000 shares sell at price 148 and it’s showing profit / loss etc in open orders.
The price went upto 152 still it’s not sold? I cannot exit also from the open position

As discussed, whenever you sell your holdings, it will reflect under position tab for the same day. You can ignore the same as the sell order has been completed and it won’t affect the sell value or P&L booked.
