Hi @GopalGupta Thanks for sharing your screenshots - this will possibly happen only in 3 scenarios

  • Poor Internet connectivity (doesn’t seem like the case)
  • Disconnected from Dhan web streaming (app can be refreshed)
  • Session has expired (will need to login again)

Hope this helps. That said seems @Divyesh is checking for this.

We would like to inform you that the shares that are reflecting are bonus shares, hence the average price is zero.

Cost will not be shown but current price should be shown. I have been using dhan since 3 months. Zerodha, Upstox is many times better than your both applications. You people are only spending money on advertisements, not on technology. You want to put everything in one basket but this will make your application a dustbin. you should make application user friendly. it’s my suggestion, please don’t take otherwise.
