The problem is still there. There are two orders that I have not initiated, I don’t no how this is happening
I had the same issue and I was not able to square off the position. Now the position is in total loss and I have no idea who is responsible for this loss. Dhan is not taking any responsibility. I want my money back because you did not allow me to exit from my order. This is not my fault.

What is point now in squaring off the position now??? Yesterday when I knew that my position will be in loss, you did not allow me to exit and now the position is in total loss … who is going to compensate me for my loss?? You are asking me to reach out to MCX and they are saying it was your fault… Who should I reach out to get my funds back???

Since yesterday Our money was melting in front our eyes and we couldn’t do anything. This is only because of your Software problem and your executive said on chat that its not dhan fault … There are lot of small trader like us … we have to stand together and fight for our refund make a whats app or telegram group and complaint against them I too in loss of 9200

I am in loss of 34k that too for an unauthorized trade made in my account. Now they are saying they cant refund. All I asked was to exit my open position which was CRUDEOIL MINI sell position of 7 lots. Instead of doing that they added a buy position in CRUDEOIL FUT position of 7 lots which needs atleast 20 lacs of margin and my account was only left with 29000 as I was already having CL MINI SELL position. Still they opened the position, they found the mistake and closed the position in 2 mins by then loss of 34k was made. How can they say cant refund… Its totally dhan mistake and unauthorized trade. @PravinJ

Deleting comments and banning accounts of users, so that can not even ask about the mishap on this forum, clearly shows how HOPELESS the whole DHAN system is.
People lost their hard-earned money due to Dhan’s incompetent infrastructure.
I am taking screenshot of this, if you delete/ban it again, I am going to tag your TWITTER and SEBI twitter handle.
Instead of killing your customer’s voice, you should listen to them and act accordingly.

Hi @pragari1 We have stated in the post all details of the incident - it was technical glitch at the end of the exchange. There is absolutely no problem with our technology and infrastructure. The main post is updated everyday including y’day night downtimes.
We do understand that it is frustrating for our users and also for us to see our users have to go through this for absolutely no reason. While we operate with super transparency have clearly stated details of the incident, forum now has moderation enabled, any violations of community guidelines are subject to moderation. We have time and again noticed fake accounts created on forum.
The exchange, in this case MCX is adequately informed and aware that the technical outage was at their end, including outage that happened y’day night 17 Oct which is also updated in the post.
@PravinJ AMO order seems to be blocked for MCX. Any reason for that ?
Everything was working fine for me with my silver trades on MCX yesterday.

Ya ok. But AMO order was blocked for MCX today. Any reason for that…?
We received market open tick at ~8:30 am from exchange, which is bit weird as it happens when markets open., and AMO got turned off. Our teams reset it later.

I have 3 brokers open in front of me with copper bid/ask market depth, Dhan-Zerodha-5Paisa
all are showing huge differences. Patha nahi kab sync hoga.
MCX should have declared 5 days holiday, sala gumeke tho aa jatha.

Has the normal state been resumed without any risk of repetition ? can trading be started again?

still all brokers are showing different bid/ask
@HIR @BondIsBond Please trade with caution is what we would suggest. Volumes on exchanges are lower than usual for past two days.
