(Responded) Disabled for Trading

I am not able to place any trade in Dhan. Every time I try to do so, it says “our risk management system could proceed ahead with this order. Client is disabled for trading.”
I was able to trade until yesterday.
What is the issue here?

Your account may have been disabled by the exchange for KYC status. Request you to please connect with our Customer Service on help@dhan.co and they will be able to provide you exact reasons.
