(Responded) Trading view charts in tv.dhan.co

It has been observed that Dhan not showing correct charts in tv.dhan.co
Kindly see attached images.

In original trading view plateform there is no lagging even after you open charts after 15 minutes or 30 minutes.

But in tv.dhan.co if you minimise screen and open again after 15 minutes you found that some candles are missing which created between this minimise time.
I took wrong decision based on tv.dhan.co charts and faced heavy losses.

Don’t know why tv.dhan.co showing wrong charts.

You can crealy see in 5 minutes banknifty chart. After 09:55 candle next candle showing as 10:25. Where are 10:00 , 10:05, 10:10 , 10:15 & 10:20 candles ?
You can clearly see 5 candles missing.

Why candles not update in auto mode.
Are you forcing customer to refresh chart in every minute ?

Very disappoint. Such things not expected from Dhan as a growing community.

I know that Dhan experts will ignore this post as they every time does.

I write this post for users because they must know the issues of tv.dhan.co before took trading decisions based on charts showing in tv.dhan.co

Now I am thinking to shift to another good broker because Dhan always ignore issues raised by customer and never solved.

I raised several complaints, but reply got as “we will solve as early as possible”. Only GOD knows when this time will come.

It may not be ideal to compare TradingView and tv.dhan.co even if they look the same, they product and use-cases are different. Firstly, the libraries are different and are used differently for respective purpose. TradingView just streams data - that is it solo purpose of same.

On Dhan - we also run trading systems on top of it, many traders on Dhan use this our charts through the day and are actively using shorter time-frames (seconds as well) + consuming real-time feeds on dhan web + options trader web + scanx now along with multiple tabs of tv.dhan.co. Many users also use multi-frames.

We stream immense amount of data to keep these systems real-time, as a result - browsers consume these memory and may come to the situation they will become extremely slow and then stop responding at all.

Additionally, when the tabs are on background for certain amount of time, we disconnect the data + speeds fluctuate on broadband connections. With the connections drop to near zero or lower one, the same disconnect again.

If you have assumed that Dhan ignores requests and doesn’t care, that is not the case at all. We have timed it to ensure the experience runs as smooth as possibly without compromising on expected levels of trade execution which is priority and more important.

Are you really want to improve or justify the issues ? Is it ok to Dhan that customers are losing money due to your faulty charts ? We are opening an account in dhan to grow our money. Not for losing money by seeing falty charts. If you really want to improve, then check the possibility to refresh charts automatically after some minutes.

I am using Fyers also. Till date not face such an issue in Fyers.

Regarding your comment as Dhan never ignores customer complaints. Let’s check my all previous launch complaint and let me know which complaint you solved? Also mention how many days, months, years required for solve these basic issues?
