We can not pledge State Govt. Bonds anywhere for option selling margins. It will be great if Dhan can launch SDL Pledging here for atleast option selling. There should be facility also to transfer SDL from Zerodha to here at Dhan and pledge it for margin.

Welcome to Dhan @skslinux. I will have to check with our Risk team on this, but my guess is it may be for the liquidity reasons that State Govt bonds are not permitted.
