Hello!! I provided the Bank Statement of Past 6 Months to activate the FnO Commodities and Currency segments yesterday only at the time of opening the account. Still I can’t trade in FnO and Commodities.
Today when I am trying to activate the Segments from Trader Control, after filling the OTP It Says “Exchange Segment Disabled, Cannot Proceed”

Your account is active, and all segments (Equity, F&O, Currency, and Commodities) are now enabled for trading. Please log in to the Dhan app, navigate to Profile > Manage Account > Active Sessions, and log out from all devices (including the current one). Then try placing your order once.

I’m also facing this same issue on the OTP page (Exchange Segment Disabled, Cannot Proceed). I have tried contacting support team but haven’t recieved any response. Could you please help me with this?

Please note that after completing Esign stage it can take up to 48 hours to registered your details on all exchange after that you will be able to place orders.
