I am writing this to highlight a serious technical synchronization glitch between the Dhan Web (TradingView) platform and the Dhan Mobile App that occurred yesterday, which resulted in an unintended duplicate order and financial loss.
**Here is exactly what happened on June 12, 2026:**
* **Original Position:** I shorted TECH MAHINDRA (Intraday) at **₹1451.00** using the Dhan Mobile App.
* **First Exit (Web):** I successfully squared off this position at **₹1442.10** via Dhan Web (TradingView).
* **The Glitch:** Even after exiting on the web, the Dhan Mobile App **failed to sync** and kept showing my short position as “Active.”
* **Duplicate Order:** To avoid overnight/unnecessary risk, I clicked ‘Close’ on the mobile app. Due to the severe system lag, the platform processed this as a **fresh Buy order** at **₹1441.38** instead of recognizing the previous square-off.
* **Emergency Exit:** Realizing the system error created a fresh unintended position, I had to immediately exit at **₹1441.30**.
This entire second trade happened solely due to a technical lag in Dhan’s ecosystem. Traders should not be penalized with extra brokerage, STT, GST, and exchange charges for a platform failure.
**My Request to Dhan Team:**
Kindly investigate this sync issue immediately and **refund/reverse all brokerage and statutory charges** incurred on this accidental second trade (Entry: 1441.38, Exit: 1441.30).
